Step 1. Arranging your mortgage
Before you start looking for properties, it is best practice to find a mortgage provider. This will allow you to know how much funds you can borrow to buy a property.
Step 2. Search for Properties

Step 3. Arrange a viewing
You can arrange a viewing via email, phone or by clicking here. We can show you around a range of properties in our company cars. We have flexible opening times. We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays 9.30am to 5.30pm
Step 5. Making an offer
Once you have found a property, the next step is to make a written offer. We will send this across to the owner and we will back to you as soon as we receive their instructions. We will require proof of funding before solicitors are instructed.
There are no legal obligations on either side until contracts are signed.
Step 6. Offer agreed
Once your offer is accepted we will do the following we will Prepare a memorandum of sale.
Step 7. Instructing a solicitor
Once you have had an offer accepted, you will need to instructor a solicitoir who guide you through the conveyancimg.
We have a selection of tried and tested solicitors that are experts in property who we would be happy to recommend.
Step 8. Conveyancing
As part of the conveyancing process your solicitor will do the following:
- Raise any enquiries on receipt of the draft contract from the seller's solicitor
- Request their own local searches
- Refer to the information already provided in the seller's Home Information Pack
- Agree on a date for exchange of contracts
- We will assist your solicitor and negotiate throughout the process, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Step 10. Exchange of contracts
Once all the paper work has been agreed, all searches have been carried and your solicitor has accepts of funding and your deposit has been sent to the seller solicitor Exchange of contracts.
The completion date is then set by mutual agreement.
Step 11. Completion
Completion is when the remaining are transferred from your solicitor to the seller's solicitor's.
We will release the keys once this has been confirmed by the sellers solicitor.
Congratulations, you now own the property.
