We are looking for a confident, easy going, well mannered person to take the roll as a debt collector/lettings negotiator.

The duties will mainly consist of handling rental accounts and chasing any unpaid accounts by phone, letter and house call. On the lettings side of the role you will answer telephones, make appointments, show prospective tenants, sign contracts, and various other administration duties.

The candidate must have a full clean driving licence. own car will be an advantage but not compulsory. Training will be given however experience will be an advantage.
