January Lockdown begins…
8th January 2021
Following the reintroduction of the national full lockdown, we want to give you an update on how this will impact the way we do business at Deu Estates.
According to government guidelines the housing market can remain open throughout lockdown. This means house moves are still able to take place along with property viewings.
If you are moving house, it is advised that no one outside of your household or support bubble should help unless it’s absolutely necessary.
Our offices are open and safety guidelines are in place to protect our staff and customers. If you need to come into the office, please call ahead of time to book an appointment and wear a mask at all times while inside.
We will be continuing with viewings; however, we strongly encourage you to view properties online where possible. Many of our properties have high-definition virtual tours available and we are constantly adding new ones to our website, so if you are interested in a house please let us know so you can view this virtually with us.
If you would like to see a property in person, we are more than happy to show people around, however PPE must be worn by all parties and you must use hand sanitiser before and after the viewing.
For any maintenance issues please call our office and we will send our dedicated team as soon as we can. We provide and encourage mask wearing to all our handymen and contractors.
If you have had symptoms of COVID-19 or are awaiting test results, please let us know as soon as you can so we can cancel and reschedule any viewings or works at your property.
Our staff and customers are our top priority, and we will continue to keep you updated as further government guidelines are released.
