COVID-19 Guidance

Following the Prime Minister’s statement (10th May 2020) and the launch of the UK Government's COVID-19 recovery strategy; encouraging us to return to work; our office has now re-opened. We will operate our usual business hours:

Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 9.30am – 5.30pm
Sunday: Closed

We do however urge you to only visit the office if it is absolutely necessary; please try to call us or email us if you have a query rather than visit the office.

Deu Estates is committed to providing as much information as possible about how we are responding to the current situation, First and foremost, our concerns are for our staff and Tenants’ wellbeing.

We have taken the advice given by the Public Health England and the Government and imposed procedures to operate in the safest way possible. Our aim is to continue being able to provide services to tenants whilst offering the best protection we can to our staff and contractors. Many of our property management routines are important in maintaining regulatory compliance with other important health and safety routines; we will continue to request access to properties to undertake repairs and investigate problems that are reported to us. If you are in isolation and have symptoms of COVID-19 please make us aware prior.

Agents are now allowed to carry out viewings as per normal with social distancing measures. However, we are encouraging virtual viewings where possible and physical viewings should only be requested if you are eager to sign up for a property. If we are unable to attend your property to carry out a video tour; we would appreciate, if we can arrange one of our representatives to attend to carry this out, if possible. Obtaining a Video Tour of the property, allows prospective tenants to view the property without have to visit to reduce physical viewings.

The representative that will attend your property will be adhering to strict social distancing measures, along with wearing gloves and have antibacterial hand sanitizer.
